The process in ICCAT to develop a management strategy evaluation (MSE) framework for Atlantic bluefin tuna (BFT) required dissemination of this process to fishery managers and other stakeholders. The BFT Ambassadors programme is a novel initiative started in 2021 with the goal of fostering the dialogue with managers before the PA2 meetings. During the meeting the participants opinions were collected on the different scenarios suggested by scientists.
